Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Prachar AI ("the Service"), operated by Royal Bengal AI ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you're using the Service on behalf of a business, you're agreeing on that business's behalf and confirming you have authority to do so.

Prachar AI researches a connected business, generates marketing content (captions, images, video and banners) from that research, and schedules or publishes it to the social and messaging channels you connect. Some steps involve third-party AI models and the Zernio publishing API; availability, quality and behaviour of those third parties are outside our control.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract to use the Service, and the business you connect must be one you're actually authorised to represent and market for.

Connecting a Facebook Page, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, WhatsApp or Telegram account authorises Prachar AI to publish and manage content on your behalf on that channel, within the scope you approve. You remain bound by each platform's own terms of service — we're not a party to those and aren't responsible for a channel suspending or restricting your account.

You can disconnect a channel at any time from your dashboard; doing so stops future posts to it but does not retract anything already published.

You agree not to use the Service to generate or publish content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, deceptive, or that violates a connected platform's own content policies. We may suspend or terminate an account used this way, with or without notice.

You won't attempt to disrupt the Service, reverse-engineer it, or use it to build a competing product.

You keep ownership of the business information, photos and brand assets you upload. You grant us a licence to use them solely to operate the Service for your account — research, generation, scheduling and publishing.

Content Prachar AI generates for your account (captions, images, video, banners) is yours to use for your business once published or exported. We don't claim ownership over it, but we don't guarantee it's free of third-party rights either — review generated content before it goes out, the same way you would with any draft.

Paid plans renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. Fees are shown before you subscribe and are non-refundable except where required by law. Downgrading or cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period; usage-based limits (posts per day, research credits) reset on that same cycle.

We aim for the Service to be available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled posts depend on the Zernio API and the destination platform both being reachable at the scheduled time; we're not liable for a post that fails to publish because either was not.

You can close your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these Terms, non-payment, or activity that puts the Service or other users at risk. On termination, scheduled-but-unpublished posts are cancelled and your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is". AI-generated content can be inaccurate or unsuitable for a given context — you're responsible for reviewing it before it publishes, particularly anything auto-approved. To the extent permitted by law, Royal Bengal AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including lost revenue from a post that published, failed to publish, or published with content you didn't review.

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date below; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
